Recently, we did a Qhubeka bicycle distribution in Groot Marico to 50 women who are part of the Blankets for Bicycles programme in the Madikwe Rural Development Program (MRDP). You can read more about it here.
Maosa (wearing pink and white below) runs the programme now, and her whole family is benefiting from the ways that bicycles change lives. Her Father is the foreman in the Qhubeka Bicycle assembly facility at MRDP and her son also works in the assembly facility. Here’s a lovely family photo of the three together.
