Don’t miss out on a Qhubeka Cape Town Cycle Tour entry!

The Cape Town Cycle Tour, aka CTCT (previously the Argus), is the largest timed cycling event in the world. It will take place on Sunday 6 March 2016, celebrating its 38th edition. If you want to be one of the 35 000 cyclists who will line up to ride the 109km route through some of the world’s most spectacular scenery, please consider taking up a Qhubeka entry.

Your entry will also provide a sturdy Buffalo Bicycle to a Qhubeka programme recipient who works to earn one, allowing him or her to experience the joy of cycling and access new opportunities through increased mobility.

The cost of a Qhubeka entry is R2 800.00, which includes a Buffalo Bicycle, helmet, pump, lock and multi-tool delivered to a recipient in one of Qhubeka’s programmes. Each recipient will also undergo a safety and proficiency training course before receiving the bicycle.

In order to take up this opportunity, here’s what you need to do:

  1.  Click here to go access the secure payment portal and make your minimum donation (you are welcome to give more than R2 800.00 – all funds go towards Qhubeka’s work to mobilise people with bicycles).
  2. Please use your name and CTCT as the reference. Please send your proof of donation through to events@qhubeka.org.
  3. Once we have receipt of your donation, we will confirm your entry by sending you a link to follow to submit your personal details onto the entry site.

Please note: entries will be awarded on a first-come-first-served basis. Unfortunately, we have limited entries available so in order to avoid disappointment, please make your commitment as soon as possible. If you need to ask any questions or check availability, you can email Gaylene on events@qhubeka.org.

The Qhubeka charity start time will only be announced once seeding of the entire entry field is complete.

Thank you for your passion and support.
