LyndaMarion Jewellery was founded by Lynda Murray five years ago. What started out as a hobby turned into a business as people saw Lynda’s jewellery and began to request orders. In 2013, while Lynda was waiting for her husband to finish a MTB race, she came up with the idea of creating sterling silver jewellery specifically for cyclists.
“I made a few designs and took them to some of the races, and found that the cyclists really liked what I was doing and so the business has developed,” says Lynda. “I wanted to find a way to give back to the communities in South Africa where the need is the greatest, and so I approached Qhubeka. The synergy between my cycling jewellery and Qhubeka’s mission works really well, and so 5% of all sales of the Cycling Jewellery range will be donated to Qhubeka.”
