The 2014 Absa Cape Epic kicks off on Sunday 23 March. Qhubeka wishes our teams all the best as they take on one of the world’s toughest MTB stage races.
We have two teams who will be racing:
- Marthinus and Stephan, two friends from varsity days who now both work at Discovery Invest and who are looking forward to the camaraderie with the other Epic riders. They hope to finish in the top 25%. Follow them @stephanventer0.
- Annie and Geoff David, a married couple from Pretoria with two kids. They are excited to take on their first Epic together (Geoff has ridden one before with a school friend), and believe that the event will raise lots of awareness for Qhubeka. Qhubeka wishes both teams a great race filled with excitement and special memories. Good luck to all other Qhubeka supporters taking on the race.
